Evergreen Sustainable Enterprises, Inc. ("EGSE") is a sustainable green energy company with a mission of developing sustainable and innovative solutions within industry.  With wholly-owned subsidiaries in bitcoin mining and hemp, EGSE has joined visionaries worldwide in developing progressive and innovative industries that are poised to revolutionize how we all live.  Through our bitcoin mining projects, we source stranded energy in rural areas for bitcoin mining installations.  We then equip the installations with diverse energy to offset draws on fossil fuel powered grids. With our partners in Toro Energía, a Costa Rican company of which we are 80% owners, we use hydroelectric power for bitcoin mining sourced from our hydroelectric dam in Costa Rica. We continue to develop bitcoin mining installations across the U.S. with this mission of ultimately diversifying power sources and mitigating disruptions and inefficiencies in the grid.

 

Our company began in the hemp industry in 2019.  Our mission in hemp was to help usher in hemp industrial applications.  Our hemp operations provided drying, stripping, cleaning, and storage of harvested hemp, along with two industrial hemp hurd product lines – animal bedding under the brand name Rowdy Rooster, and industrial spill absorbent under the brand Gas Monkey Spill-Jack.  These applications were two early movers in the application of hemp in products.  In 2023, we decided to focus our efforts on Data Processing and Bitcoin Mining.
