Gary Evans
Chairman & CEO
Gary C. Evans is a serial entrepreneur. He presently serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Evergreen Sustainable Enterprises, Inc. Mr. Evans launched Evergreen Sustainable Enterprises, Inc. as an evolution from his hemp company, Generation Hemp, Inc, while developing diversified green energy plants designed to use hemp biomass as biofuel to generate power to mine Bitcoin.

Brada Wilson
Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, & Controller
Prior to joining Evergreen Sustainable Enterprises, Inc. , Brada Wilson was a part of the accounting team at a multi-billion dollar global corporation. Brada also served as Controller at Energy Hunter Resources, a private E&P company and responsible for all phases of GAAP oil and gas accounting, including, but not limited to, preparation and analysis of financial statements, forecasting, and budgeting.

Watt Stephens
Vice President, Corporate Development
Watt began his career at Frost Bank (NYSE: CFR) as a credit analyst underwriting credit requests of all sizes in various industries including Commercial & Industrial, Oil & Gas, and Real Estate. After a brief stint in Frost Bank’s work-out group, Watt began focusing on business development and new client relationships. After close to 10 years serving in various leadership roles at Frost, Watt went back to school to earn an MBA from SMU’s Cox School of Business.

Jack Sibley
Vice President, Operations
Prior to joining Evergreen Sustainable Enterprises, Inc., Jack Sibley was a founding partner of OZ Capital, LLC, an Opportunity Zone Investment fund focused on operating businesses within Opportunity Zone designations. In his role at OZ Capital, Jack oversaw the operations of its portfolio investments. As an executive, Jack has worked alongside management teams to implement creative, innovative solutions to complex business issues, identify growth verticals and maximize stakeholder value.

Melissa Pagen
Senior Vice President, Corporate Developent
Melissa Pagen built over twenty years of professional and executive experience in managerial and officer positions in several industries - both in the private and public sectors. With a demonstrated history in consumer goods, business development, investor relations, and industrial technologies. She developed and launched start-up companies in ecommerce, nutraceuticals, and the energy sector. In June 2019, Melissa was brought on by Gary C. Evans to help launch Generation Hemp, Inc.

Marc Thomas
Director, Operations
Prior to joining Evergreen Sustainable Enterprises, Inc., Mr. Thomas served as Maintenance Manager with several large corporations, such as Brazeway, Ebonite Bowling, and Stanley Black & Decker and has over 25 years’ experience. Mr. Thomas has obtained several certificates, including OSHA, Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S), Waste Treatment, Boiler, PLC logics and Electrical. Marc brings extensive knowledge of industrial programs and equipment to the Company.

Eric Ramsey
Director, Strategic Initiatives
Prior to joining Evergreen Sustainable Enterprises, Inc., Eric Ramsey was most recently employed as the building engineer for a privately held hotel in Nashville, TN. In this role Mr. Ramsey managed all structural systems and oversaw all structural and system compliance requirements. Prior to that, he served as Manager of Purchasing and Parts for Werner Enterprises Dallas, an Omaha based global leader in transportation and logistics with an inventory value above $10 million and a staff of forty.
